2014–2015:microRNA对药物代谢酶的调控--药物代谢

从基因、蛋白、活性三个层面研究microRNA对药物代谢酶的调控作用

2010–2013:CYP3A5介导的代谢激活引起的肺毒性--毒理学研究

建立了CYP3A5的肺源转基因细胞模型, 毒理学方法研究CYP3A5的代谢激活作用

2008–2012:创新药物研究开发技术平台--“十一五”重大专项

负责建立了LLC-PK1/BCRP转基因细胞模型筛选平台, 采用细胞双向转运以及摄取实验筛选BCRP的底物,LC-MS/MS方法检测样品

2010–2011:具有立体选择性的单克隆抗体的制备--国家自然科学基金

以细胞融合技术建立并筛选得到了可以分泌识别R-/S-构象的单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞, 用动物腹水法制备了相应的单克隆抗体

2007–2008:HS009临床前药效学药动学实验:横向课题

放射标记法进行大鼠体内的药动学实验,负责完成了部分实验及样品测定

2007–2008:荧光偏振法研究大黄酸和大黄素对P-糖蛋白的抑制作用机理
